My biggest issue with Comcast is their customer service and problem resolution. My picture was constantly pixelating, and the tech sent to fix it said the signal at my outside pedestal was marginal at best & also that the splitters they used were defective. He added a booster, replaced the splitters, and the signal has been fine. My issue? They charged me $60 for the tech to replace and fix THEIR equipment - a charge which they won't remove. Too bad that a $60 charge will be costing them a customer, one who pays $200 a month for their "triple Play" package.
