I ordered the Trial offer of Aqualift and Vita Derm for the amount of $1.95 and $2.97 in January and was charged
through my bank on 1/16. Products were advertised on the Internet giving great results of a Woman who could not afford expensive Botox. I never ordered or received any more products, but my credit card was charged. The amount of
$74.99 for aqualift on 2-02-12, and $79.98 for Vitaderm on 2-06-12, and I received a shipment after these charges;
THEN I WAS CHARGED $154.97 ON 2-20-12, with no further shipment received.
I phoned my bank to investigate the charges. When I called the number associated with the charges, a man answers
and says "this is my personal cell phone" then gave me this e-mail address.
I have not received any further shipment BUT just received ANOTHER charge to my account of $154.97
PLEASE TELL ME, HOW DO I STOP THESE CHARGES???
I have paid $469.83 to this company and have only gotten
ONE jar of vitaderm and ONE bottle of aqualift!!!
I went back on the internet to get the number to make the complaint only to find other people who have been scammed and charged as well. I am very UPSET!
