Misleading advertisement for “FREE TRIAL SIZE OFFER”
Complaint Description:
I had taken advantage of a TRIAL SIZE OFFER of two products called "Aqualift &
Vitaderm" on 01/07. I paid a small ship & handling fee for the two items
($1.95 Aqualift & $2.97 Vitaderm). The trail sized product arrived with no
paperwork? What was not explained clearly, I signed up for a monthly
delivery program and my card would be charged accordingly. I have been charged three times for products I have not yet received nor do I want! Note below charge dates:
$74.99 for Aqualift on 01/21
$49.99 for Aqualift on 01/28
$79.99 for Vitaderm on 01/28
Totaling $204.97!!!
They conveniently hid this agreement under terms & conditions content!
They did a great job in miss leading you into purchasing a NOT SO FREE trial size samples. I discovered these charges within 29 days and stopped payment immediately. I also contacted the scam company and canceled this bogus agreement. They said I should receive and email confirming my cancelation shortly.
I want them to stop there deceptive internet practices!
They should explain IN LARGE BOLD TYPE that this is not a free trial, a monthly delivery fee will be applied after 14 days totaling to a whopping cost of $204.97!!!
