Got a free sample of anti-wrinkle serum from Aqualift website; gave them my credit card # to pay for a $7.00 shipping fee. Received a broken containter for serum along with a broken container of Vitaderm cream, also free offer from Aqualift website, advertised that the cream and serum worked best together. Threw both items out thinking I got what I paid for - damaged goods. Yesterday received in mail another Aqualift product. Checked my credit card statement and there are 4 Aqualift amounts and foreign transaction fees charged to my account. There is 1 Vitaderm charge with a foreign transaction fee. The Aqualift charges amount to $257.42; Vitaderm charge was $81.48, including the foreign transaction fee.
I have received in total 2 items from Aqualift, the original and the one received yesterday; 1 original item from Vitaderm. I authorized no payments to either Aqualift of Vitaderm but it is Aqualift who continues to charge me for items not only not ordered or authorized but for items I haven't yet received.
I have phoned my credit card company and been informed that I must deal with Aqualift and Vitaderm to try and cancel all this. I am about to contact both companies and hope this matter will be settled promptly.
