On 21Dec11, I ordered both aqualift & vitaderm on a promotion which said that the 2 products would be shipped to me, with postage and handling only to be charged. I paid postage & shipping of $1.95USD for the aqualift and $2.97 for the vitaderm on 21Dec11, via my mastercard.
I received the 2 products, but was then charged $74.99USD for aqualift on my mastercard on 09Jan12, and charged $79.99USD for vitaderm on 12Jan12 again on my mastercard.
I did not order any more of the 2 products, but was charged again for aqualift on 28Jan12, in the amount of $74.99. I asked vitaderm to refund my money and to stop sending more. To date, I have received 2 aqualift (Aqualift8774981950, MLT SWQ2033) for a total of $149.98USD and 1 Vitaderm (Vitaderm8885439408 MLT) @ 79.99USD. I returned, (return to sender) the second bottle of Aqualift. I have also emailed Aqualift with this complaint. To date, I have not received a credit on my mastercard for any of the product.
