I purchased a used car at this dealership. We agreed on a fair price, which included all tax, fees, and lic. I also had a trade in which would bring the price down. The contract when I got home had added tax, fees, and license, and was 3000 extra dollars. High blue book was 3500 less than I paid. When I called back, less than 12 hr later, they were unsympathetic. Although I had two witnesses on the original deal, they simply said they couldn't do anything "you signed the deal". They said they did not have a three day return policy, but I could trade up. I could have purchased a new vehicle at their dealership for the same price as they charged me for a used car but it would still cost more with the fees, lic, etc... I was very unhappy and did not want another deal from them. After that they would not return my calls. When I went back to cancel my warrenty, I was told my contract was upstairs "locked up", the finance guy wanted to rewrite my contract without the warrenty... Yet would not rewrite the contract to reflect the real agreement we had made. I went to Centennial Hyundai and traded the car, I was upside down in the car, but they gave me the same model car, only brand new, with a warrenty & with only a $30 bump in payment!!! By the way I'm one of those rare people with 800 credit. It doesn't matter who you are; A rip off is a Rip off! Don't deal with Centennial Toyota, they are not true to their word! This is not unusual in this town as I noted on your site, wish I had found this site before I purchased!
