GOODWILL: Unconscionable treatment of employees. Part of their mission states "helping the underemployed." What a joke! WHO is more underemployed than people who are only paid MINIMUM wage, are NEVER allowed to sit, and are forced to work as full-time employees only receiving 39 hours a week to cheat them out of benefits.
The manager is demeaning and cruel. They are the WALMART of not for profit companies. And note that they are NOT Nonprofit. Which means that the executives are making high salaries of the backs of employees who are indeed the "working poor." What a disgrace!
