Being a former Goodwill employee I first hand witnessed how the "Goodwill" conducts business or should I say, lack of conducting business. The Goodwill should be called the "Badwill". This company not only rips off customers but they show favoritism discrimination and I was wrongfully terminated from this unprofessional business. The business needs to take training courses before they hire these so called managers. Why do you think they have such a high turnover rate. This company sucks. The employees even the so called managers they all talk about each other to other employees behind their backs. A manager is suppose to show their team to lead by example but that isn't the case with this company the managers do what they want and expect you to follow the rules when they clearly do not. The manager at the Fairfield store always looked me up and down and always talked about other employees to me. How unprofessional! The prices are all over priced. People shop at second hand stores for second hand prices but The Goodwill thinks they are macy's they get rich off of peoples donations now how is that Good will? This is a terrible company to work for. And I will be protesting.
