I was bullied by a regional sales mgr. For months without any resolution. The vp of the company and this regional sales mgr. Are best friends. I went to evryone in corporate and they all covered for him, down to the president himself! I finally had to put in my resignation due to this man after a year of employment. Because i am assertive and would question his ethics and rules, some of which are not company rules, he was on a mission of harrassment. They also take advantage of their "sheltered" employees, as they like to call them. They are able to perform their job duties as well as everyone else, but because they have some type of disability, they are grossly underpaid. For example, one employee with 36 years of service just got a raise to 11.00 hr, another employee with 16 years of service is only making minimun wage. What is the definition of goodwill??? They say the money they get from donations goes to career training programs, but in actuality they get grants from the government for these programs. Where is all the money going? They make 100% profit. Do not shop at goodwill. They are good at trying to brainwash this b/s mission statement. They help noone in need and do nothing for the community. Thier prices are outrageous for a thrift store. They are greedy and only look out for themselves, meaning the pres. The v.P., eveyone in corprate benefits except for those who truly need it.
