The SCAM: Some one from this company called me up and said that the business I am trying to go in (I was SCAMMED by another company who to get into a non sensical businesss) need to be protected from lawsuites... Blah so I need to make a corporation.
These guys bought my information from another SCAMMER. They know that since I have been SCAMMED into something I will be willing to pay to "protect my investment", that is the sales pitch.
The sales guy never disclosed which company he works for, he claimed that the company will work with us and will not let us fail (load of you know what). When we asked why the cost is high, he got mad and started to scare us to pay $2000 to make a LLC (you can get that done for couple of hundred dollars). These guys are known to work with other SCAMMERS, I wish I would have done some research on this company before giving them my money, I am planning to report to authorities and get a lawyer involved
