I was searching for a shoe that no other website had available. Kelly-mall had it available. I made the purchase through Paypal. The shoe never arrived, they sent me a sponge instead. I escalated my dispute to a claim and awaiting paypal to come through. I've just come across all claims on your website. Can you get lawyers on this case??? Even more so, why is Paypal allowing these charges through???
