I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses from www.sunglasssupplier.com, which claims to offer brand name sunglasses at factory price. I paid $22 for a pair of sunglasses that regularly costs ~$100 and I had to pay ~$30 in shipping.
When my sunglasses arrived in the mail, it was not the pair that I ordered and was not even in the same gender model of what I ordered. When I contacted the customer service department, I realized this is a China based company (signs of translating the e-mail) and the customer service representative (Michelle) explained to me that the model of sunglasses I ordered was out of stock, so one of the workers sent me a pair of what they did have in stock.
I was not consulted prior to the worker sending me a random pair, I was sent what was within arms reach length of the shipping department. As the e-mail chain progresses throughout the days, it became evident that Michelle was unwilling to refund my money or exchange the pair of sunglasses I did not order / do not want. The only thing Michelle was willing to do is offer me "good discount" on the next pair of sunglasses I did order. When I asked her what "good discount" meant, Michelle replied with "You like all sunglasses, very beautiful".
This company will steal from you and I urge all potential customers to AVOID this fraudulent website and shop elsewhere.
