Using vague and incomprehensible language to sell drain cleaner they bamboozled an employee into ordering what we didn't want. He claimed he didn't understand and didn't really authorize anything.

I called the firm and they noted my order that only I am authorized to order on behalf of the company. I paid the first invoice for $ 131.26 thinking I am done with this firm forever.

Then another shipment and invoice followed, this time for $ 341.13.

They just gave me the run-around over the course of several phone calls in which I tried in vain to actually speak to their CEO.
