Commercial Chemical Corp, Farmingdale NY called our busines phone in Alaska. The employee that answered is a caregiver for the elderly and is not allowed to order any products. The caller asked her name and if she would like to try a free drain cleaner.
Once they had her name they shipped the Green Gobbler (2 buckets) and an invoice for hundreds of dollars. A second employee accepted the shipment of Green Gobbler not knowing that our company did not order it. (We receive shipments every day of medical supplies and groceries.)
This happened in April. We paid under threat of Credit Report listing. Today, June 28 Mark from Commercial Chemical left me voicemail that another 100 pound shipment is on the way and we will be billed $450.00. Our company will be on the lookout for the truck trying to deliver this new order. We will refuse the shipment!
