When you call Proactive you are told you can get the subscription of products and cancel at anytime. Except there is no way for you to cancel. The phone number given takes you to a place to cancel however, it does not acknowledge that you cancelled. I did this twice no results. I then got a hold of a Proactive operated who refused to give a cancellation number yet told me I would receive it by email in 24 hours. Nothing received. Their intend is to continue to hit the credit card for the full subscription yet it is not advertised/sold that way.
