I ordered a trial of Hydroxatone in September plus a bottle of Bellaplex. The trial stated I would only have to pay the delivery $1.99.2 jars of Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti Wrinkle Complex duly arrived with a delivery charge of $1.99; I never received the Bellaplex, nor was I charged for it.
I used the Hydroxatone (I found it to be a really good product; it worked as well if not better than another product I had been using which costs over twice the price) for the recommended 30 days. When my next Amex statement arrived, I noticed that I had been charged for the two jars of Hydroxatone at $69.95 each, even though I had not advised the company that I would be proceeding with the purchase. I was not concerned however, as I was satisfied with the product and intended to proceed with the purchase anyway.
I did become concerned when I was sent another two jars of the product a couple of months later (December I think) and my Amex card duly charged as I had not placed an order for additional product. Coincidentally, I had to cancel my Amex card due to some unauthorised transactions, and have not received any more product from Hydroxatone since. I suspect now this is only due to them not having a valid card number for me; however, as I did use the product and was going to place an additional order anyway, I was happy to pay for it.
Even though I was happy to pay for the goods I received, I do not appreciate the assumption by Hydroxatone that I wished to continue purchasing their product, and supplying/charging for same without an official order or authorisation from me first. Having read the experiences of other users on this website, I will definitely not be purchasing any further products from either Hydroxatone or Bellaplex. A shame, because I found Hydroxatone to be a very good product and would gladly continue using it if the organisation was trustworthy and reputable.
