So, this website had an awesome deal going on. They had a promo code of feb12 which turns into a free $10.00 code PLUS free shipping. Sounds like an awesome deal right? So, I took advantage on making a few girls. They had these shorts that would be awesome for the dance team and my family. I get them, in my email, I got confirmation saying its all ready to go, blah, blah, blah, and its going to be 100% satisfaction. Well, I didn't find out until TODAY, that some of the orders were being cancelled on FACEBOOK. That's right, on Facebook. Why not email your customers? Why not track them? All I get on Facebook was I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry and that only 1 of my orders were only coming in out of ALL OF THEM. I read on some of their fb status saying some of the customers were getting 3 or more. Fair? Not to me. Is it my fault? The customers fault? 100% satisfaction? Are the customer happy? Not only that, a lot of customers are being charged over due to shipping. It's sad how in this case CUSTOMERS IS RIGHT. Is it our fault? No. How are they going to fix it? For doing the right thing. If you do decided to shop on this website, http://www.silkies.com / please be careful. Pretty bad service and if u want to take that risk of the EXTRA shipping fees? Good luck with that one.
The lady/guy on Facebook said I was gona only get my 1 order in. Very sad, I want all of my orders fair and square. That's all what I got to say. This case, Customer is Right.
Code wrong? Why use it? Advertisement? Whose fault is it? Customers do anything wrong? When are the customers orders coming in?
Again... Poor Customer Service... No help... No orders... Their fault not the customers!
