I requested A TOTALLY FREE test of the Silkies Improve item, that we did obtain. I've today received an account for more item that I never requested and not obtained. The bill is for $19.94. I have requested them to please stop my bill today and clear their payment program of any expenses they believe I owe. I never requested any merchandise that might be a charged product. I told them within an email that I'll consider appropriate activity when they don't clear this up. And, I told them to please take-me off their mailing and mail list. I don't conduct business with businesses that attempt to make the most of potential customers. I can't achieve them by telephone, as their program is automatic, without any live individual to speak with.
