I ordered a pair of hiking boots in January. They arrived sometime in February and I received a call from Kelly (CSR) in February who stated that my payment was late. I attempted to explain that I just received the boots, however her attitude was terrible and I stated that I would return them, which I did that same day.in March I received a bill for $42.52. I called and inquired why I was being charged anything. I was told it was for shipping and handling, $7.99 for the label in the box and a late fee for the bill that came after I returned the boots. I was transferred to three different people (departments) who had no knowledge what the other departments responsibilities were and no one could waive or explain why I was being charged so much.

BEWARE of this company, they are simply brokers for the manufacturers of shoes and boots and they tack on fees and high shipping prices to make their money.
