He has been unwilling to work or pay child support on any kind of regular basis since 1998. His father supports him ENTIRELY, yet some how this does not qualify as "willful failure to pay support" which would allow FEDERAL PROSECUTION.
Over 92K is owed! At what point is it not considered ridiculous!? My oldest was determined to be totally disabled at age 6, once he turned 12, I no longer could use daycare for supervision. It is against the state licensing to allow a child age 12 or older with the younger children. Since I have been laid off and it has been near impossible to find PT work that pays what I used to make. It's even harder to find employment that allows me to be home when my son is out of school. I am also responsible for his transitional and life skills learning now that he is 17.
Support is needed now more then ever, yet TWO state agencies can't enforce. Bitter yet he is NOT EVEN MISSING! They know right where he is.
This rip off report should also include the CA DIST ATTORNEY, and IDAHO HEALTH AND WELFARE for their inability to enforce.
