Jason owes $1,300 dollars for my case against him for my child. He also owes a few thousand dollars for the case against him for his second child (in which he has a warrant) I am not sure of the arrangements him and his second wife have for his 3rd child.
When Jason realized that he had a warrant out for his arrest he hightailed it out of town "moved to south or north Carolina to help his uncle" I believe he is still in PA living with his 3rd wife who also hightailed it out of town so that her husband would not go to jail. His 3rd wife Linda Kania is a nurse who pays his way so that he does not have to work and can not be docked out of his pay.
Not only does he not pay for his child he does not come for his child (afraid i will turn him in he is petrified of jail) He does not call his child. Although, he does send text messages to his son (it's free for him) even though i have asked a number of times for him not to since it is too much money for my son's plan and I pay for my childs phone so that he has it in case of an emergency. I had to finally call the company and cancel texts because he totally disregarded the fact that if there were ever an emergency my son would be w/out a phone because he texts him on a regular basis. It's convenient for him and it's free for him. Which is the only 2 things in his life that matter.
He has a full sleeve probably 2 by now and a number of other tattoo's his whole neck stomache legs head God knows where else. All of which he did not have when we were together. He can afford all of these HIGHLY expensive tattoo's but can not continue to pay child support on a regular basis.
His brother in law is a police officer for the town that he is from. So whenever he comes into town he doesn't have to worry about it too much. Or so he thinks they are closing in on him.
But if anyone has any information on him know's where he can be found. Please reply to this. So that his children no longer have to suffer because of his unwillingness to be responsible and grow up and be there for them.
