It appears that child support orders, judgements, and laws mean nothing because if you don't want to support your children all you have to do is NOT PAY.
His 9 year old son is disabled for the rest of his life with moderate mental retardation, partical cerebal palsy, and a seizure disorder. Medical bills have caused mother to file BK twice now. Family eats mac/cheese and scrabbled eggs 5 days out of the week and relys on church donations for clothing.
DA does not enforce support orders on dead beats who refuse to work (although he is able bodied). Child enforcement laws are usless as there is not a single attorney that will try to actually place a dead beat in jail.
