I received a flyer from Verizon for triple play package for $89.99 per month with free multiroom DVR. I also received an email confirming the same. Email included a charge of $99.99 without any contract. When I called to see if I go for contract, they told that charges will be $89.99.
Now Verizon is going back and charging me for DVR ($20 per month for 24 months).
