When I made a contract with Direct TV they didn't tell me anything, knowing that I couldn't read, speak, or understand English. When they set up the satellite they did it poorly and so it was disaligned. I've been paying $120 monthly when most channels don't work and the cable is on and off. This month I haven't had TV at all. When making they contract they didn't say that it would cost $50 for a visit from the technician, and I'm not going to pay $50 for their poor service. Also, they didn't say anything about the $100 cancellation fee, so I'm stuck between paying one of those two. The cable has been having issues for overe 8 months and we've still been paying and they say they won't do anything about it.
