Around the 1st of october i was buying a piece of property in colorado, as i was looking for a mortgage company mario garcia
e-mailed and said "i'm your guy. I e-mailed him back, and he called
me on the phone. He explained to me that colorado does not have
escrow, that we would be able to get me a mortgage loan no problem.
He had me put 100,000.00 in a wells fargo account, which he explained
that he would broker my loan... I put the money in wells fargo bank
in the home loan mart account, after that he begain lying and more
lies etc. The title company needed to pay off the lady that owned the
property and after many attempts he finally transfered the minimum
amount of $60,000.00, so the lady who owned the house could move
and i could have ownership of this house... And all the while mario
garcia was telling the real estate people, us, the lady that owned
the house the doc's would be ready on time... Nope that did not happen... After many closing dates, came and gone no loan doc's...
He kept telling all of us that the doc's were in the mail. He used everything in the book on excuses. We all had to re-up his contract
3 different times... Finally after months of this crap, he was finally
backed in a corner and he told us he was filing for bankruptcy.
We had asked him a number of times to send the money to the title
co. More excuses... Fed-ed lost the check... Wrong address, ect..
So needles to say i have not received my money just more excuses..
As of today he is trying to shut us up and he will pay the money..
Be aware this mortgage broker is a snake. He uses different banks,
he lies the banks have never heard of him or his co. He is a liar and
a thief he uses this co. To defraud any one that does business with
him. Please be aware of this man "mario garcia" the home loan mart
he is a internet fraud... He hides he did not keep any of his appointments he is afraid to show his face, and believe it or not
he has small children, what a way to teach right from wrong...
As of today he is still lying... Checks in the mail ha ha ha. He only
works on the internet snake anything that comes out of his mouth
is nothing but lies... So the bottom line is mario garcia screwed
three different families with his lies the lady and her husband, me
and the people that were moving into the house... After all of this
this man 'mario garcia" has no conciseness, the lady that owned the
property her husband had a haeart attack, mario "ha nothing to do
with me, i had so much free stress i lost 40 pounds and thought i
was going to have a heart attack, the couple that is in the house did not know whether or not they were going to be able to stay in
the house since has not been funded... Long story short... This man
mario garcia the home loan mart. Will do anything to get his hands
on your money, and after that he does not care if he destroyers
your life he laughs all the way to the bank...
... This man "mario garcia" is probably the evilest, greedy, fraudulent, heartless, pieces of crap you would ever meet...
Beware check the companies that want to help you it could be
mario garcia...
