This young man called me and said he was calling from my local newspaper about my ad. I had heard about the scams going on so I didn't believe him at first, but he reassured me with my address, telephone number, email address and all the digit to my card number but the last one. At this point I give him the right last number he gave my a conformation number and sent me a email from what I believed was his work email address. Now the I have got my statement I have a lot of unknown charges from virginia and when I told my husband he said that it was the same email address that he got a email from when it happened to him when he was away on business in alabama. I was unable to get any of my money back, but there's a invetigation open for it.
