My complaint sounds the same... I ordered butterfly wings and a hat. Received conformation email. Waited two weeks got nothing. Sent email... Got the generic email as well but it had a phone number. I called the number the person said the were behind and would ship my items out right away also sent me an email saying I would get a few extra goodies because of their tardiness... Well it's October and I have nothing! My credit card was charged... The number is disconnected and now the website does not exist
