We had a credit card machine of which was leased for four years. When the time was up I called and they wanted me to sign another lease. I advise them the company was in bankruptcy and did not know if they would still be in business for the next four years. He (Derrick Jesselli) advise to go ahead and sign the lease and he would give me from December 1 to March 1 and if I decided to not use it, advise them and send the machine back. I have a letter from him stating all of this. On February 9 I sent a letter, that I did not want the machine, and sent the machine back. Now they want over $1000.00 for me to buy out of the lease. He will not return my calls and others that I have talked to says they have no control what their outside sales people tell consumer. I have worked for the company for 5 years and they are going after me. I would never have signed the second lease had I known they were not going to uphold their end.
