I had been insured with nationwide. And was told that if i upgraded my policy to full everything it would only go up and extra 300 for the 6 months..in early september i upgraded. Well by end of september i had an issue with my car be parked in the street and a city truck drove by a branch fell out and cracked my windshield. I called and filed the claim. Not only at that time did the idiot that answerd filed my claim they claimed i didnt have full coverage insurance (r u kidding me) which was already in place 20 days by now. Now my "Glass only" claim took well over 2 months to get fixed and verify that my coverages were in effect before anything was done so by now its like christmas time and it finally gets fixed. I figured it was done and over. Now i am switching to a new insurance company because i refuse to give these people another penny. And they put a comp claim on my driving record claiming i was personally was driving the vehicle when this act of god happened. This supposedly competent company then filed the exact same false claim twice on my record making it a giant headache to get a new policy because of this slander against my driving record. Nationwide Insurance has been anything but on my side and i plan on seeking legal guidance to sue them for serious damages. Thank god i was able to find a new policy unfortunately at a high rate thanks to their slander.
