Nationwide Insurance had told me that my wife's and my auto insurance rate was $147 a month. For a few months that is the fee they charged my checking account. The they suddenly increased it to $240 without my knowledge and charged it to my checking.
After I called them they said the reason was I did not provide them with prior proof of insurance (and I did three times). After that they canceled our policy without notice.
After that issue was resolved (they never refunded the overpaid funds) the rate increased again. Once again I called and they said it was because of the same reason.
Then my wife was rear ended in a car accident and when we reported the claim they never would contact us back and gave us a run around and never repaired our vehicle or sent someone to look at it.
They once again canceled our policy. I called and told them I wanted a refund for all the money they over charged me they said they would not do that and I owed the 760 dollars. I told them I would never do business with them again and that I would report them.
