My husband and I went and bought a bed at The Brick. The price on the bed was $1299; plus tax the total should have been $1454.88. We go sit down with the salesman to do the paperwork. Time comes to pay and salesman asks for the credit card. I ask how much the total is. He tells me $1735. I told him that when I crunched the numbers I came up with a much smaller number. He goes on to tell me that the bed frame, mattress cover, and pillow covers make up the difference. I told him we don't need the extra stuff. So he takes off the bed frame from the bill and says "Is this better?" I told him "No, I don't want ANY extra stuff with my bed. I didn't ask for it and you just put it on the bill expecting us to pay for it. Take it off." After repeating myself several times and arguing with him over what I wanted, he finally took the extras off. To top it all off, the salesman told me that he was "looking out for my best interests" hahahahaha...
