Placed order January 20th as Valentine's gift for my daughter. Received a receipt for purchase immediately. Was emailed a statement that the order was shipped on February 3rd. Order never arrived. Emailed hellokittystuff.Biz March 17th - did not reply as of March 21. Expect that they will not contact nor will I receive the package.
