IC*FREESHIPPING.com has been taking US $12.97 the first week of every month out of my American Express Card Account. This has been happening since August 7 and is still being charged as off March 4. I purchased flowers from American sites:
Cherry Moon Farms July 8. $60.30
Pro Flowers June 6. $46.19
I am assuming this is where they got my information from as these debits only started occurring after this time.
