59.94 GBP taken out of my account on 9th March. Didn't appear for a few days on my statement with any name, so as I thought it was not authorised on my part and money mysteriously gone out my account I rang Natwest, who provided me with their head office number and telephone number. Rang yourmoneytv up, several times to see how I could get my money back. I sent a letter via first class recorded delivery on 12th March requesting a refund, and they have since received the letter and apparently posted me a reply saying I was not applicable for a refund as my details and payment was authorised. I have had NO reply letter and they will not refund me even though I sent the letter within the 14 days of the payment being taken out of my account.
I have NEVER heard of this company or visited their website. Does anybody have any information as to what I can do next?
