I received an e-mail from this company asking if i wanted a sample for $5.00 (£2.99 stirling) foolishly I agreed. I have received a product twice one in feb & one in march at a total cost of $340 (£170 stirling approx) This was NOT authorised and this amount has therefore been stolen from my account. I e-mailed the company on sunday 25th march expressing my anger at this and requested this account be cancelled immediately. The following day I received a reply asking me to ring the UK number 0207 979 7821 to request the cancellation of the account. I rang this number which was in america they found my details I requested cancellation and when I asked for my money back the line went dead. Now what do I do??
