A chegue for £500. Was paid to Energy Saving.com (Energy Saving Group, 1-3 Empire Court, Albert Street, Redditch, Worcestershire B97 4DA. On 10th January. I have taken advice from Trading Standards to send a letter recorded delivery, after several letters and emails to them to refund my money as they are in breach of contract to supply us with solar panels. We have waited all this time with promises to no avail and have asked for a refund. Their letter came back dated 24th October in reply to our recorded letter stating they would be contacting us within 28 days (no mention on letter of our refund. The 28 days are up and have not heard or received anything. Please help. This company has been on Watchdog recently and I think they should be wound up. So many people have paid upfront £500 and had no joy.
