I purchased a pre-paid T-mobile phone which indicated on the box the plan was unlimited calls from 7p-7a for 3 months for $1.00 a day. I read the box to understand everything I could before purchase & being able to read the inside. It seemed pretty clear. I used the phone for a few days and ran out of minutes long before I should have. I called technical support and went through all the possible problems. She had me turn off the call waiting and the call-forwarding and watch it for a few days. I reloaded the phone and again ran out long before I should have; this time tracking every minute. I called customer service again and the woman I spoke with had no idea what plan I was speaking of. She claimed it didn't exist. I called again and spoke with a gentleman who told me that the plan for the phone I purchased had expired last September. So I asked him why T-mobile would continue to sell phones with that advertising on the box? He said, "I don't know why THEY do that." Even their employees don't sound like they are part of the company itself— but a 3rd party— that also thinks they are crazy. No T-Mobile ever for this family.
