Citizens Financial promised us a reduction in our interest rate or our $2500.00 back. Since then, the company has closed its doors and can not be located. The BBB has said that they are unable to contact them also. We did find that the Arizona Attorney General is accepting complaints on their website www.azag. Gov, you can also call them at 1-602-542-5763. We also filed a complaint with the FBI white collar crime department. We requested a copy from BofA of our original $2500 check and found the account number that the check was cashed into, account 074732014 (Bank of America). Please request copies of the checks from your bank and file a complaint. Strength in numbers is a powerful tool!
