Citizens financial group took $2500.00 and gauranteed they would help us on our mortgage with Ocwen (formerly Litton Loans) they made us pay right away, filled out numerous forms for them and sent numerous faxes and no resolution to our problem. Received e-mail that our money would be returned after February 1 and now the company is "out of business". We have received 29 letters from Ocwen, stating THEY WILL NOT HELP US IN EITHER LOWERING OUR INTEREST RATE OR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. What a kick in the pants. No refund from Citizens and no help from Ocwen. Also out $2500.00 of very hard earned cash on my part. Helen Colon in Michigan
