Last year on 5/12,6/13 and 8/4 I purchased 3 items from DSN. The purchases were for an alexandrite ring, a diamond tennis bracelet and a diamond ring. The amounts charged to my credit card by DSN the day following each transaction were $768.95, $1,908.90 and $818.95, respectively. I have long since paid the credit card company for my charges. To date, I have yet to receive any of these items. I contacted DSN customer service many, many times and always get the same couple of answers. "Lack of personnel" or "delays in making the jewelry" or "we have an extremely large backlog" or the like. I asked for a refund but nothing happened. I've emailed their hosts without response. I've contacted customer service online with no response. I've always been very civil when talking or corresponding to DSN. I'm at wits end as what to do next.
