I ordered an Alexandrite ring on 9/30. It was to be shipped in the middle of Oct. I never received it, so I called on 11/30 to cancel the ring. They were to give me a refund to my credit card. Supposedly they did, but the credit card never received it. After much difficulty, I finally got them on the phone and they were to send the refund info tothe credit card Co. The Credit card co. Never received the infor. I have been trying to contact them for the last few months and have not be able to contact them. I would like something to be done about this, because it is wrecking my credit. Please help me. I a desperate.
