I bid on a white gold purple spinel ring and had the winning bid for $800.00 on this "one of a kind" item. DSN was to size it to an 8. This happened at the latter part of October. On Nov. 2 my credit card was charged the full amount. I started calling DSN mid-December asking why it was taking so long to size a ring. I was told they were behind in their orders and I would receive it the Saturday before Christmas. This didn't happen. I called again on 1/9,2/1,2/13 (was placed on hold for 36 min), and again on 2/15. All the same excuses or "we'll contact one of the owners to get your ring expedited". On 3/9, I sent a certified letter addressed to Art Garabedian, one of the owners. No response. I sent a complaint to the better business bureau, and they too, did not get a response. I contacted Dish Network about this company, which is the satellite I watched this program on, but DSN had not renewed their contract as their on-line site kept informing customers that they would be back on dish network in mid- January.By the time I contacted my credit card company, it was too late to get a refund through them. I want my money back! Direct Shopping Network needs to have charges brought against them for fraud and stealing customer's money.
