I order a 4 ct diamond tennis bracelet for $1900.00 using my AMEX card back in Sept. I have never received my bracelet or I have I every received the credit back to my credit card.
I have made multiple attempts since October to find out what is going on. I can not get an answer. I have emailed company CEO Mark Miller (received conformation on my email that it was opened) and he didnt even send me reponse. You can only speak to the customer service (which is in India) the keep telling me I will get an e-mail (which I havent.
I feel I have been ripped off and I dont know what I need to do get my refund. I have been paying intrest on $1900.00 and dont have anything to show for it. I need Help!!!
