My 14. Y.O. Daughter is very smart (straight A Student). However, when she went to get her nails done at this salon she was lied to by the checkout person who signed her up to TWO magazine subscriptions and charged to her credit card. The check clerk said it was FREE, so she agreed.
My Daughter works very hard for her money, she participates in several sport, AND she volunteers her spare time tutoring under privileged kids. It really hurts me to see such a good kid taken advantage of by low-life salon employees.
When I called to store to talk to the manager, I was told that the manager was too busy to talk.
I said I was in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and the lady on the phone said "What ever"
