We are a licence Check Cashing Company. This check was brought into my office on March the 2nd. We have to verify with the company on the checks before we cash the check. I photo scanned the check were it should the voided mark on the check. All security features were visible. I called the company and spoke to Mr. Melvin who also verified the said check. The number that was listed to call is as follows 1-855-577-7778. I am now being held responsible for this check, which in my opinion is not fair because I verified.
