I decided to go for a makeover style at this salon. Once there, I realized the prices were a little higher than normal, but I was told that the products were of a higher quality and did not contain ammonia. After waiting close to 3 hours with this product I finally was washed and cut. It was from this point on where my nightmare began. The stylist gave me a haircut that was laughable, her skills were clearly not up to par with the products offered. I decided not to fuss since she was still not done styling. She then decided to use a devise that I was unfamiliar with which turned my hair-do into a giant puff that sat on my head. I clearly wasn't happy but still decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I left the salon feeling unhappy and uneasy. After a week, this 'high quality' product started washing out of my hair. I returned to show the owner and demanded a refund. Her 'quality' words to me were 'absolutely not'. I learned my lesson and hope this review will prevent the next victim from being ripped off by this salon. Please head my warnings. Thank you.
