I am horrified. My Valentines Day was ruined 02/14. Not once did I get a call from them when you call 1 800-520-0573 all you get is a recording. These flowers were SUPPOSED to be received today! FOR THE OCCASION. I am not in agreement to pay anything for such horrible service, no customer service. But yes they will take the money. I will make sure I cancel my so called Blooms platinuim service. I am appalled. This is unacceptable on such a Loving Occasion.
