I checked my account on 8/3 online and could see that a visa debit card transaction
To the sum of £59.94, had left my account and i knew somthing was wrong so i called my bank to see wt they could tell me. I find out that it was your money. Tv and they gave me a number to ring because my bank could not do anything till the money had cleard. So i phoned them this was at about 11am and got to a woman on a reception desk who said
all the advisers were busy and that i will get a call back give it bout an hour. I get a call back its some other loan company called power loans, they say it happens alot and they give
me another premium number saying its a direct line to your money. Tv so i call that number and i get straight to the woman at the reception desk AGAIN! So i waited till it cleard, phone my bank so they could take action n then they told me they could not do anythind and i would half to talk directly to there manager. So i called them back up there was no ringing just straight on hold for 15min and then i had to put the phone down. Went to go on there web site it no-longer exists. So all i xan do is request a new card so they cannot do it again! You can contact me on (Personal Information Removed)
