I was recently relieved of my assistant manager position of almost 5 years (may this year) after the store manager at mineola 5713 discovered i was about to turn her in for labor violations as well as company policy violations. Such as having her under age children at the store at 1 am doing her inventory counts for her, leaving the store to handle personal errands and calling back later to have me and other employees clock her out as if she had been there for her shifts, ringing up cheaper items and swapping them with premium items (cigarettes, drinks, etc) using checks for gas then canceling the sale to get cash back to give herself the wal-mart discount as well as other violations. After contacting the HR department i was basically told too bad. Apparently they dont care about their employees, nor are they concerned with their managers ethics. This is not a company to support if such things matter to you, and should be avoided.
