Lately, I purchased an evening dress from http://www.dresshope.com / in 10th. Feb. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with the quality, but the delivery time was so slow, about one month to receive my dress. I can’t bear their delivery speed. Their customer service is not bad; they answered all my questions immediately, but sometimes also made me crazy. First, they e-mailed they received my payment successfully. But about two days later, they noticed me that the dress is out of stock and advised me to change another one. The consultant advised me to purchase the similar one which was the hot sale in their website, and I accepted her advice. Quality is incredibly good, but the delivery time is bad. 4 Stars!!!
